Peninsula White is a refreshing, light bodied semi-sweet blend of Seyval Blanc and apple table wine. The French-American hybrid grape variety 'Seyval Blanc' is grown in Door County and is the largest white grape variety planted east of the Rocky Mountains. Peninsula White has aromas of honey, fresh citrus, and floral notes, and flavors that are nicely balanced with sweet vanilla and apple.

The cherry wine provides a lighter mouthfeel, with less tannin, and fruit forward aromas, a new direction for cherry wine from Door Peninsula Winery. This wine blend has aromas and flavors reminiscent of red berry, currant, pepper, and red cherry. A short period of oak aging provides a smooth and sweet tannin structure.

The Donati Family Vineyard has been owned and operated since 1998. Producing both Bordeaux and Rhone Varietals. Brambleberry, black cherry, vanilla bean, and toffee crunch are among the aromas. The tastes of raspberry, fresh blackberry, black pepper, and cedar box are powerful on the palate, with tight tannins and flavors of raspberry, fresh blackberry, black pepper, and cedar box. With undertones of mocha leather hide and raspberry puree, the finish is long and lingering.
